When will my order be shipped?
Unless if it's a pre-order, your order will be shipped a week after payment has been confirmed. It may take longer if shipping packs are unavaliable (which happens more often than I would like due to the postal system in Malaysia...) All delays would be announced on my twitter.
Orders might take longer if there are huge amount of pending orders as I am just one person. I will try my best to ship everything out ASAP.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Approximately 3-5 weeks, maybe more due to the current pandemic. I have no control over how long orders take to arrive and can only inform you if your order has been returned, which you can then opt for a refund or replacement.
[Item] has sold out. Will you be restocking it?
Yes! I will try my best to restock items as they sell out but products such as charms and pouches take weeks to a month to produce so there is no set date. I do try to update as much as possible on my twitter.
Can I get a refund?
No refunds are allowed after I have shipped your order. Refunds are only avaliable if there is an item missing or the parcel has been mailed back to my address.
